We hope you are happy with your products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date your order is received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the return is due to errors on our part such as damaged goods or the wrong item being sent, etc. In that case, you must contact email@example.com to speak with a representative and receive a postage paid label.
We highly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Chef K Gear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If you would like to exchange your item(s), please contact a representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will process your request and issue a postage paid shipping label for the item(s) being exchanged.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that all sales are final on custom orders, including, but not limited to any garments with screen printing, sublimation, or embroidery added. Personalized items cannot be returned.
